Hello! I am Dru Cullison. I offer a unique blend of experience and expertise to support your well being journey. With a robust educational background including a degree in Psychology and Exercise Science from the University of California Davis, along with a teaching credential from California State University, Sacramento, I bring over two decades of teaching and coaching experience to the table. Through ongoing education and pursuit of National Board Certification in Health and Wellness for Health Coaches, I value providing the highest quality care. With this dedication and commitment, I aim to empower you to make sustainable lifestyle changes that nurture your overall well-being. My education extends to institutions such as the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I learned the holistic approach to health, emphasizing that our primary food encompasses all aspects of our lives, more than just what we put on a plate. Additionally, I hold a Level 1 Nutrition Certification and a Level 2 Master Health Coaching Certification from Precision Nutrition, along with a specialized credential in Sleep, Stress, and Recovery. My ultimate goal is to support you in leading a life filled with vitality, joy, and fulfillment. I am excited about the opportunity to work with you on this transformative journey!

As a holistic health coach, my mission is to empower you to thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally by fostering holistic well-being. With several years of educational experience, a solid health and wellness foundation and by integrating evidence-based practices and holistic principles, I aim to support you in making sustainable lifestyle changes that promote optimal health and vitality. Currently, I am working towards my National Board Certification in Health and Wellness for holistic health coaches to continuously expand my knowledge and expertise in my field, staying on top of the latest developments and trends to provide unparalleled care to those I serve. My holistic, skills-based approach, combined with specialized credentials in areas such as nutrition, stress, mindfulness practices, somatic psychology, sleep and recovery, enables me to address the unique needs of each client I work with comprehensively.
